NORTHEAST

NYISO has filed over 180 service agreements. ER00-864.

WEMCO has filed for a waiver of tariff and code of conduct provisions which might interfere with purchases from Con Ed pursuant to a recent RFP. ER00-865.

PJM has filed to modify supermajority and quorum requirements. BGE has intervened. ER00-870.

Northern Maine ISO has filed for authority to impose penalties and sanctions. ER00-882.

NYISO is seeking to recover costs on behalf of the New York State Reliability Council. ER00-886.

NEPOOL has submitted a variety of changes in its Market Rules and Procedures for approval. ER00-934.

Thermo Ecotek is planning a powerplant for Lake Worth, FL. ER00-939.

PJM is amending its transmission tariff to provide for payment for transmission upgrades to accommodate Interconnection Requests by those making the request. ER00-941.

Northeast Generation is selling its output to affiliate Select Energy. ER00-953.

PSE&G has contracted to provide full requirements service to South River, NJ under long-term contract. ER00-961.

The Union of Concerned Scientists has been accepted for membership in NEPOOL. ER00-967, 968, 969.

NEPOOL has amended its rules for ten minute and 30 minute reserves. ER00-971, 996.

AEP/CSW have filed transport tariffs maintaining two rate zones. ER00-989.

SOUTHEAST

Roswell Energy (Georgia, not New Mexico) has filed for marketer status. ER00-1796.

SOUTHWEST

Agreement filed governing payment by Reliant to SCE for interconnection facilities. ER00-1523. 1528.

Reliant is planning on selling ancillary services at market rates in various markets. ER00-1526.

PG&E has filed agreement governing construction by and payment to PG&E by La Paloma Generating Co. for interconnection equipment. ER00-1552.

California ISO has filed changes in the CA ancillary services market, allowing, among other things, self-service wheeling of those services. ER00-1641, 1642.
