its transmission function to separate it from the rest of the company.

Calpine is
interconnecting its generating facility in Berks County, PA to GPU. ER00-1855.
PECO is selling
Delmarva electricity to service Delmarva’s retail customers in PJM. ER00-1856,

NEPOOL is changing its
market rules and procedures regarding Limited Energy Generators. ER00-1874.
Consumers and SEI have
signed an agreement required by Consumers to allow interconnection of
SEI’s planned facility

LSP is to sell test
energy from plant under construction to TVA in Mississippi. ER00-1944.
Entergy is amending its
Open Access Transmission Tariff to allow retail access for Texas

Ameren is providing

NERC has filed a revised "Market
Redispatch" pilot program for the eastern interconnect, to allow
redispatch as an alternative to curtailment

SOUTHWEST
Cal ISO is requiring a "Meter
Service Agreement" to provide for "settlement quality meter
data" ER00-1821, 1822, 2019.
A Non-Market-Dispatch Service Tariff to
cover rates to be charged by Dynegy for power sold from its El Segundo
facility when there has been no negotiated rate. ER00-1830.
