NORTHEAST

PJM is modifying its Operating Agreement in a variety of ways, including adding a load-response program, and modifying the capacity credit market. ER01-1372, 1373, 1440, 1521, 1533, 1621, 1671.

ISO New England has established a Tariff for Capital Funding which will allow the ISO to be self-funding, and has extended its price caps. ER 1382 and 1482.

Allegheny Power and FirstEnergy are increasing their interconnected capacity through a reconductoring agreement. ER01-1395.

FirstEnergy is modifying its tariffs to provide power to retail marketers in Ohio. ER01-1403.

NYISO is extending its "Temporary Extraordinary Procedures for Correcting Market Design Flaws and Addressing Transitional Abnormalities, extend its $1,000/MWH bid caps and establish an "Emergency Demand Response Program. ER01-1489, 1517, 1520.

SOUTHEAST

Agreement between CP&L and Cinergy resulting from Cinergy's successful bid to buy 100 MW of capacity from CP&L pursuant to CP&L's commitment to sell in its merger with Florida Progress. ER01-1672.

Perryville Energy Partners, Richmond County Power and Rowan County Power are seeking market-based rate authority. ER01-1397, 1417, 1419.

MIDWEST

ComEd has entered an agreement with its own wholesale merchant function for network integration service. ER01-1645.

NEO California (NRG) is seeking market rates ER01-1558.

SOUTHWEST

APX has filed its annual report. ER01-1359.

Enron Energy Services and Enron Power Marketing have filed for market-based rates for purchases from IPPs. ER01-1394, 1396.

Cal ISO is suspending penalties for underscheduling load to provide relief for SoCal Ed and PG&E and taking various other actions. ER01-1408, 1410, 1463-1467, 1531, 1565-1566, 1579, 1581, 1608-1611, 1646, 1669.
