Northeast

PJM is continuing its Active Load Management credit. ER01-1717, 1730.

NYISO is implementing an Incentivized Day-Ahead Economic Load Curtailment Program ("Program"). The Program is one of three demand-side response mechanisms that the NYISO intends to implement. ER01-1740

NEPOOL is establishing a tariff for providing blackstart-related system restoration, and a tariff for implementation of its Net Commitment Period Compensation. ER01-1741, 1891.

Commonwealth Electric has established a standard form interconnection agreement. ER01-1782.

Pierce Power (MEGA) has requested merchant power status. ER01-1800.

Southeast

CP&L has modified its Energy Imbalance Service charges. ER01-1807.

Monroe Power is selling Aquila capacity and energy. ER01-1777.

Midwest

Ameren has filed its Open Access Transmission Tariff. ER01-1934.

Comm Ed has filed its OATT. ER01-1875.

WEPCO has filed its OATT. ER01-1756.

Southwest

PG&E has entered agreements with several parties for Summer Reliability Generation. ER01-1684, 1744, 1905, 1912.

Dynegy has entered a long-term power sales agreement with the California Dept. of Water Resources. ER01-1718.

Cal ISO has amended and restated its Bylaws. ER01-1877.

Power Dynamics has filed for marketer status. ER01-1821.

Wildflower Entitles have filed for marketer status. ER01-1822.

Mirant has entered must-run service agreement with Cal ISO. ER01-1876.
