Northeast
PJM has amended its Operating Agreement to modify
station power rules, and to clarify each member’s Weighted Interest.

NYISO has established its Market Mitigation
Measures to control market power exercise. ER01-1942, 2076, 2162.
NEPOOL is setting out rules on non-spinning
reserves, standard market design, code of conduct, three-part
bidding, net commitment period compensation, and the 73
rd
amendment to its ancillary service schedule. ER01-1946, 2039,

AEP is replacing its general service agreements.

Neptune Regional Transmission System has applied
for merchant-based open access transmission tariff for its planned
undersea transmission system. ER01-2099.
Southwest
The Arizona Independent Scheduling Administrator
Association (Az ISA) has filed its agreements with APS and TEP, and
filed a new Protocols Manual. ER01-1940.
Cal ISO has filed a number of agreements and
releases with generators and utilities. ER01-1953-1957, 1974,
1982-84. 1990-91, 1995, 1997-98, 2082-85, 2132-37.
Northwest
Puget Sound has filed a Blanket Retail Network
and Operating Agreement. ER01-2149.
Desert Power has filed for marketer status.
