Select Energy, sub of Northeast Utilities, has filed for marketer status. ER99-0014.

PJM has established a "Capacity Credit Market" to allow trading to meet "Reliability Assurance Obligations." ER99-0196.

Constellation Energy, sub of Baltimore Gas & Electric, has filed for marketer status. ER99-0198.

Enmar Corp., a privately-held corporation owned by Bradford Randolph, has filed for marketer status. ER99-0254.

PP&L has agreed to sell Capacity Credits to retail marketers serving residential customers for no more than $61.40/MW/Day. ER99-0320.

Ohio Power is setting prices to municipal customers at 1.75/kWh, in return munis are waiving right to litigate price of coal delivered to Ohio Power from its own mines. ER99-0328.

Lewisburg has agreed to make stranded cost payments to PP&L. ER99-0346.

PECO and BGE have agreed to end long-term power sale agreement. ER99-0379.
